"Bill helped facilitate the sale of our home to an investor. We would not have considered this type of sale except for Bill's suggestion of ""let's get an offer from them."" He knew we did not have any enthusiasm or time for ""spiffing up"" our home for the market. The last few years we haven't even lived much of the year in it. We told him, if it was a reasonable offer, we would accept it. He provided us with comps which we went through and lo' and behold it was a reasonable offer! Bill is very helpful and answered a lot of questions and concerns from us in time. This is our first home purchase. Bill was in company with us during the inspection and also helped us find another expert to answer some specific questions about the condo.
